Nena was found as a puppy in Guanajuato Mexico with mange, two broken ribs, multiple parasites, and in frightening body condition due to lack of food and proper nutrition. But she sweetly and with all the trust in the world ran straight to our founders arms when called and it was ofcourse game over. She was immediately taken for medical care and had her papers secured to be flown back to the United States.
She now lives as the head of the pack of four permanent resident dogs at the farm and has been an incredible teacher for the countless foster dogs and puppies. She loves to sunbathe and ride shotgun in the truck, and mostly she just loves to be loved.
